Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in new, sellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
